Shipments and returns

We use MRW for our deliveries on the Spanish mainland and Portugal and Correos Express for the Balearic Islands. 


Orders placed and paid by 11.45am Monday to Friday should be shipped on the same day. The courier service time depends on your location but should be within 24 to 72 hrs not with standing circumstances beyond our control i.e. Fiestas, adverse weather, transport breakdown, transport strikes, weekends, etc.

The cost of shipping will be calculated when you place the order and must be prepaid with the order goods.

If you are not present at the address the courier will leave a ticket with a phone nº for you to call and arrange a suitable time.  No goods can be left without a signature.

Goods are classed as delivered when you sign the delivery note. Please check the condition of the package before signing, if you suspect it has been damaged in transit then open the outer packaging and check before signing. Should you find any damage or are in any doubt please make a note of this on both copies of the delivery note. Piensos Naturales is not responsible for loss or damage to goods once they leave our warehouse. If you have any problems with a delivery please contact us.

We make every endevour to have your parcel delivered on the Spanish Mainland in 24 hours, please inform us if you have not had your delivery, do not assume we know whether it has been delivered, all areas of spain have good and bad delivery services with all companies, we are not responisble for the company that delivers, this is down to the driver and their area depot.  We would like to point out that maps etc will be included and all instructions that you supply but that is still no guarantee of a perfect delivery.  If there is non delivery and the goods come back or you refuse delivery and you the client and us the vendors have done our upmost to find a solution then we will deduct 20€ per parcel from your refunded balance once the product has arrived back at our warehouse.

Deliveries to Balearic Islands are sent with Correos Express and their time of delivery cannot be guaranteed.

NB: If a change of address is made by yourself to the company then this will delay your delivery by 48 hours.


OUR RETURNS POLICY: We want you to be happy with the items you purchase from us, and so we are always willing to refund or replace any item which is proven not to be satisfactory.  Please retain packaging for returns. Please do not remove labels until you are certain you are keeping your purchase.

Unsuitable goods must be returned in new and fit for resale condition in original packaging with return postage within 7 days of despatch for an exchange or refund (minus the cost of Postage and Packaging).

Perishables can not be returned.

Returns and Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 7 working days from the date of delivery of the order, to return ( According to Article 44 of Law 7 /1996 of January 15, Management Retail Trade amended by Law 47 /2002 of 19 December) .

At Piensos Naturales customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return or exchange it, please fill in the returns form.  Returns can be made up to 7 days from the date you receive the product. To return a product it must be unused and unopened unless the product is faulty.  All returns must have complete original packaging. The return shipping is the responsibility of the client, Piensos Naturales are not responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst in transit. On receipt of the returned goods Piensos Naturales. will make an assessment on the condition of the goods and will make a partial or full refund accordingly.  Refunds are made by the same method as the original payment and will be made within 10 days of the date of return of goods. Piensos Naturales is not responsible for refunding transport cost unless the goods are found to be faulty.


To make a claim please fill in the returns form explaining the reason for the return.  The cost of the return shipping is the responsibility of the client. 

Refund exemptions

Any product repaired or modified.

Any product that is not resaleable and shows signs of being dropped or hit or signs of having been in contact with contaminates, water or liquid.
