SHIPPING & RETURNS

We use MRW/SEUR/GLS for our deliveries on the Spanish mainland and Portugal and Correos Express for the Balearic Islands.
For small parcels, we use CORREOS service.
For SATURDAY MORNING DELIVERY with MRW, there is a 5€ SURCHARGE, payable in advance. Not available for outside Iberian Peninsular
Orders placed and paid by 11.45 am Monday to Friday should be shipped on the same day. The courier service time depends on your location but should be within 24 to 72 hrs notwithstanding circumstances beyond our control i.e., Fiestas, adverse weather, transport breakdown, transport strikes, weekends, COVID-19, etc
Enjoy free shipping on orders over 44.50€. Your final delivery charge will be shown at the checkout. Please allow for short delays by the courier during busy times.
Please remember that deliveries may need to be signed for. It is your responsibility to ensure you are home at the time of delivery or able to collect the order if the courier was unable to find you at home.
Deliveries to the Balearic Islands are sent with Correos Express and their time of delivery cannot be guaranteed.
If a change of address is made by yourself to the company then this will delay your delivery.
DAMAGED ON DELIVERY:
Goods are classed as delivered when you sign the delivery note. Please check the condition of the package before signing. If you suspect it has been damaged in transit then open the outer packaging and check before signing. Should you find any damage or are in any doubt please make a note of this on both copies of the delivery note. In the unlikely event your product is received damaged, please contact us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org immediately with your order number, which can be found on the invoice or in the confirmation email we sent at the time of purchase. Please include details of the problem and where you would like the parcel to be conveniently collected from. A full refund will be issued in 5working days after the parcel has arrived back at our warehouse
We would like to point out that maps etc will be included and all instructions that you supply but that is still no guarantee of perfect delivery. If there is non-delivery and the goods come back or you refuse delivery and you the client and us the vendors have done our utmost to find a solution then we will deduct 20€ per parcel from your refunded balance once the product has arrived back at our warehouse.
It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of parcels as shown on the carrier’s consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and notified to us by the purchaser within 3 days of delivery by emailing: email@example.com
If you wish to cancel your order and your item has already been dispatched, please ensure that you return your purchase to us in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt in order to obtain a refund excluding postage costs. All shipping costs to return a canceled order are at the cost of the consumer. Refunds excluding shipping costs will be issued in 5working days after the parcel has arrived back at our warehouse.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 7 working days from the date of delivery of the order, to return ( According to Article 44 of Law 7 /1996 of January 15, Management Retail Trade amended by Law 47 /2002 of 19 December)
We want you to be happy with the items you purchase from us, and so we are always willing to refund or replace any item which is proven not to be satisfactory. Please retain packaging for returns. Please do not remove labels until you are certain you are keeping your purchase.
Unsuitable goods must be returned in new and fit for the resale condition in original packaging with return postage within 7 days of despatch for an exchange or refund (minus the cost of Postage and Packaging). All shipping costs to return are at the cost of the consumer. Refunds excluding shipping costs will be issued in 5working days after the parcel has arrived back at our warehouse.
Perishables cannot be returned.
Any product repaired or modified. Any product that is not resaleable and shows signs of being dropped or hit or signs of having been in contact with contaminates water or liquid.
